Project description:

This project is a medium frequency casting project for a certain company. Its load is 1600KVA transformer with 12-pulse series resonant medium frequency heating equipment 2T, 3 sets. The load impact changes greatly, and other electrical equipment has unstable operation. After testing, the 5th, 7th, 11th, and 13th harmonic contents in the distribution system exceed the standard.

Solution: 

Active and passive filtering was adopted on site, and three sets of XHAPF-400/200-4L + XHFC-400/1000 were installed. The effect was obvious and the harmonics were within the national standard range.
